To help things run smoothly, we will supply you with your new patient forms to fill out prior to your appointment to speed things along. Bring along your insurance card if applicable. Once you're here, our team will walk you through a comprehensive exam and X-rays, followed by a one-on-one conversation about your smile goals and any concerns you may have. Every step is more pressure-free and patient-focused than the last.
